Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all parts and accessories included
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Custom Furniture
Custom-made furniture items are made specifically to your measurements and specifications. These items are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss any issues with custom orders.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to us using the provided return address
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
